Education Committee visited 25 schools in Garabito

The Education Committee started as an iniciative of the Central Pacific Chamber of Commerce.

The goal of the committee is to join efforts with the schools, and work together to find specific solutions to improve the quality of education, and the current situation of schools in Garabito.

The idea is to create a communication bridge between the schools and the chamber, including students. Also, it is not about making schools dependent on the committee, but about helping them become independent and self-subsiding.

During the month of August, the committee visited the 25 schools that exist in Garabito. Our teammate Dennia is part of the committee, which during the inspection found that schools have needs such as computers, supplies, books, desks, chairs, infrastructure, and others.

Now it is time to start working!!
